My therapy approach begins by learning what it is that you wish to address and make changes to in your life. I also focus on building a trusting relationship that creates an atmosphere for open communication and honesty. Not every therapist is a fit for someone seeking counseling. It is important that through a consultation, we discuss the nature of your concerns to begin working together on addressing your goals. Once goals and a sense of how often you are looking to attend sessions are determined, the process of discovering your authentic self and personal growth begin.
To me, therapy is an opportunity to gain insight, motivation, clarity, positivity, strength and hope. Therapy is a personal choice to look deeper into your patterns, lifestyle and mindset then decide on how to make changes that support your life goals.
